Getting Started 🧠
How do I access my Sheetify Toolkit?
Once you pruchase a Sheetify Toolkit, you'll be able to download the PDF, that will take you to the Google Drive folder with the toolkit inside.
Then Click file > Create a copy > Choose a folder in YOUR drive > Copy > Authorize.
Then you will have your own Sheetify toolkit!

I purchased Sheetify with the wrong email. What do I do?
No stress!
It’s a common issue! Make sure that you’re opening Sheetify with the right Google account.
A way to do this is to log into the right Google account on the browser that you use. It’s as simple as that.

We do not offer a free trial, this is because our Sheetify products are built with Google Sheets and Apps Script.
This means once you have access to Sheetify, you have access for life!
These products only require a one-time low payment, hence why we offer dozens of tutorials and video demos to help our customers get familiar and up and running with Sheetify.
How do I access the new updates?
You can access the new template versions in the initial downloaded PDF you recieved when you first purchased Sheetify CRM.
Alternatively, jump inside your Google Drive and look inside the shared folder 'Shared with me' and you will find the folder with the updated version inside.
Current versions are Sheetify CRM 4.6 and Bookkeeping 4.1 and Sheetify Projects 3.0.

Why is the Sheetify button not showing up?
Sometimes the menu doesn’t load the very first time you set up the Sheetify toolkit.
However, all you need to do is refresh the page or if that doesn't work re-open.
This can happen sometimes only on the very first time you access one of the Sheetify toolkits
How much does Sheetify CRM cost?
Sheetify CRM is currently $67USD.
Sheetify Projects is currently $67USD.
Sheetify Bookkeeping is currently $47USD.
Each purchase gives you lifetime updates to new versions of each product.
Are Sheetify Products only a one-time payment?
Yes! We have three Sheetify toolkits (a CRM, Bookkeeping and Project Management toolkit).

Do you offer a customization service?
Yes, if you're after custom or personalized tools or features and you do not have the experience to add/create these yourself, we do offer a Sheetify customization service.

How can I add new Columns without disrupting formulas?
If you do not have experence with Google Sheets and Apps Script to add your own columns the we can help you.
However, you can add new columns on the far right for every sheet and that will not disrupt anything.
Can I customize Sheetify Toolkits?
Yes you sure can. Once you have access to a Sheetify product you can duplicate, edit and change to fit your needs.
Inside the setting tab or setup tab inside your Sheetify toolkit is where you want to add your own personalizations.

Do you offer refunds?
Sheetify does not provide refunds due to it being an instant download and we cannot reverse and limit the access to the product following the purchase.
How can I add new columns without disrupting formulas?

How do I transfer data from another platform to Sheetify?
All you need to do is download your data as a CSV file and upload to a Google Sheet or Excel sheet.
Then you can arrange the columns to match Sheetify and then copy and paste the data across. This is using copy > special paste > values only.
